Sam is an excellent trainer who has helped train our 2 Dalmatians right from Baby Puppy School, Intermediate and now through the Advanced classes.

I have nothing but praise for Sam, as she is friendly, patient, helpful and the lessons are so enjoyable we look forward to them every week.

The experience and results were overwhelmingly positive, so we then signed up for Intermediate Training for Daisy, specifically seeking out Sam as the trainer since she had been so great to work with the first time. We have since put our second dalmatian Trip through Puppy School and Intermediate Training, again specifically seeking out Sam. We are now attending Advanced Training, once again choosing to do so with Sam. When the current round of training finishes, we will have attended 26 individual training sessions run by Sam.

She is always happy to stay back after class and answer our questions & offer tips for our specific dogs who have their unique “quirks”. She also always asks for input on what areas we want to focus on or what goals we have for our dogs.

She is approachable, friendly, professional, and respectful; she is highly knowledgable, has an easy rapport, and is a great communicator. We always feel comfortable asking Sam any training related question, or asking for clarification, or for advice on dealing with a specific dog issue, no matter how trivial we feel it may be. Sam is always ready with helpful solutions, advice, or suggestions, and communicates these in a clear, professional, understanding and respectful manner.

We often get scoffed at for having 2 Dalmatians, but can proudly say that “No they are not uncontrollable”, rather they are well trained Dalmatians, thanks to the guidance of their wonderful trainer Eg. There is no such thing as a bad dog, only bad owners who don’t get help from great trainers like Sam.

I just wanted to say how much I have enjoyed your training style. It’s a reason Bertha and I have done the course and we still have a lot to learn. My only comment would be to have more training in the grass field and starting to get to walk off lead together but I guess that is too advanced for now and hard to do in large groups. I look forward to more training and should also bring my older boy back for a refresher.

I've put some photos in here if our camping trip where she has had the time of her life. She played so hard she had to have a 3 hour nap on the camp chair! I had the benefit of Sam teaching me and my dog from absolute novice, to a dog and owner that were happily and positively able to function as a team. Sam has a genuine love for animals and a patience with humans that allows rapid results to be achieved in a fun, inclusive environment. I (and my son) learnt plenty from her while we were trying to teach Shadow the basics, and we look forward to continuing the journey over many years…

Our little dachshund boy Leo has just completed Advanced Puppy class and we thought we'd offer some feedback on our experiences over the 3 courses (started in January, we've done all 3 since then).

Sam and Harry were professional and patient with Leo the entire duration, and we feel Leo definitely took a liking to his Saturday/Sunday morning sessions by the end of his time at school! Every trick and skill to date has been easy to learn, and class has been fun and engaging for both human and dog alike!

We can't express our gratitude to Sam enough. She always had time for our questions, and we always felt like she listened and took anything we had to say under due consideration. Sam put extra effort in and would ask follow up questions or plan follow up activities at the next week's class. She was polite, considerate and by far the best trainer we've had the privilege of experiencing. She is a true asset and we'll be giving everyone our highest recommendation.

We took our first puppy Gatsby to Baby Puppy, Intermediate and Life Skills classes. I cannot begin to recommend them enough! We did our classes with Sam and she was absolutely fantastic. We learnt all of our positive training foundations from her. The classes were small and very individualised and were focussed not only on training but more importantly enrichment, dog body language and socialisation. We didn’t live close by but the drive was 110% worth it! Such a beautiful, nuruturing encouraging team! And Gatsby just adored them too!

Sam has been so helpful since the beginning of our journey with Simba my beautiful poppy. She helped me to find the right type of dog for my medical situation which was a maltese shih tzu. Sam helped me find Simba and also taught us how to train him with toilet training that is the most important thing and definitely other skills.
Sam has been so lovely and helpful whenever we needed help and still I ask her if I have any question about my puppy.

Sam has been a big part of the training of our Boo and Elayne, and has always gone the extra distance to ensure that we are getting the best support and strategies possible for having happy, healthy and behaved dogs. I have thoroughly enjoyed and learnt so much during the classes. I completed the baby puppy class in Jan/Feb with trainer Sam and I was so impressed with her knowledge, skill and open communication style I immediately enrolled into intermediate puppy (current student).

I am an experienced dog handler (obedience trialling) but It’s been a long time since I have had a puppy and I wanted to learn positive training as opposed to the old school check chains and paddock pounding. Sam has been excellent in showing me how to make training fun and my dog Charlie is responding so well to me and I can put that down to her guidance and advice as some of Charlie’s signals are very subtle.

I enjoy the classes with Sam seems to know what drives each dog but more importantly how to communicate that to the owner (because as you know it’s us that need the training!).

I have just enrolled in the advance course as I want to further develop my relationship with Charlie.

Sam’s open communication and zest has empowered me and given me confidence in training Charlie using positive methods and I will use this to keep me and Charlie social and active (this is important aspect for a veteran).
